Operations architecture
Where is your company losing time ?
I've run my own companies for most of my working life, all of it in music and live events.
I built the digital distribution and data operations for a large music catalogue. Operational chaos is something I know from the inside: I created a fair amount of it myself. That is why fonobo flow exists.
We find where the work gets stuck, and build the system that keeps it moving.
how we work
Find where it lives. We map how your operations really run, across the spreadsheets, inboxes, group chats and half-finished apps. Then we find where the data leaks: the manual re-typing, the copy-paste, the steps only one person knows.
Build one tool per job. Each job gets one tool, wired into a single workflow, built from proven parts rather than a rebuild of what already works. The tool fits your process, not the other way around. Everything gets a fallback, so nothing rests on a single point of failure.
Prove it on your numbers. We run it against your real data, not a demo, so you see it working before anyone depends on it. If a piece doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.
Hand it over, and leave. The whole system becomes yours to run: documented, owned by your team, no lock-in.
